This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the indoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with my bags on my first stay. I recommend trying their fitness center too!

Comfort and room facilities. Great for the business traveller.
The outside refurbishment is a little off putting but once I stepped inside that all changed! The gym equipment was not brilliant and did not match the refurbished standards of the hotel however the spinning area and squash courts were a surprise.

Had a really great stay on a business trip. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. I loved my room - new-fashioned and warm with modern bathroom. I were pleased to have an iron, a flat-screen TV and a writing desk. ...

Clean room, friendly staff, the gym and indoor pool provided excellent facilities for relaxation after a long drive, and I appreciated the convenience of a nearby 24-hour reception for any assistance I needed....

The double rooms had recently been refurbished and were of an excellent standard. The staff were friendly helpful and polite.
The refurb of the whole hotel is not yet finished so parts were looking very tired. Our room was by a fire door so were disturbed a few times by people coming through and the door slamming. The restaurant was a very long walk from the room and the breakfast was ok, a lot of choice but the full english was not that hot. The restaurant room was very dated.

Easy access of M5. Receptionist, Katy, was particularly helpful and friendly, so much so I wrote to Mr Plant her manager to compliment her.
Hotel is early stage refurb so probably not appropriate to comment too much a this stage. However I am sure it will look great once the works have been done and I look forward to returning then.

Refurbished rooms were excellent. Good breakfast selection in restaurant. Staff very friendly.
I had asked for disabled room if available. This we did not get. This was not a problem for me, but for my mother there was no grab handles on the bath or around the shower over the bath. I was suprised about that. I did ask at reception if there was anything that could be done - they offerred to see if disabled room was available, but were not able to provide a small stool for my mother to use in bathroommin mean time. Swiftness of coffee and tea arriving at breakfast was dependant on how many guests had arrived for their meal as the drinks wer dispebnsed from machine at bar and could take up to 15 minutes at busy times. One evening at 10.45pm I asked at reception for extra skimmed milk for the room - hotel had run out of milk completely!
